A single wind vent at the top of the canopy facilitates airflow, allowing air to escape freely and preventing the umbrella from inverting during windy days. A rugged anodized aluminum pole with many versatile features supports the Santorini umbrella. The pole has an integral crank so that anyone can easily raise and lower the canopy. Our patented tilt and lock mechanism allows the Santorini to be tilted in a number of positions to ensure maximum shade coverage regardless of the sun’s angle. The handy base foot pedal allows you to rotate the umbrella a full 360°. You could place the umbrella between your lawn furniture and your spa and easily rotate it for shade on either one. Plus, the umbrella’s base holds up to 200 lbs. of sand, so it is always firmly anchored, even on windy days.
