Notes: (Key numbers follow part descriptions)

1: Filters manufactured before July 1, 1993 contain a bracket support, item 40 which prevented the grid assembly from being lifted off the standpipe under certain operating conditions. Current models have increased engagement between the manifold and the standpipe so that item 40 is no longer required.
2: Filters manufactured before March 1, 1993 contain a different clamp band assembly, item 12 . The correct P/N for these units is 181012 Filters manufactured before Sept. 1, 1992 contain a different non-spring design. Clamp components such as nuts, washers or bolts are no longer available for these non-spring design clamps. Do not attempt to interchange components between spring design and non-spring design clamps.
3: Filters manufactured before March 1, 1993 contain a different retainer, item 14 which is 5/8 in. tall.
4: Filters manufactured before March 1, 1993 contain a different tank top assembly which is no longer available. Replacement of tank top assembly may be accomplished by ordering the following current production items: Tank top assembly, item 6, retainer, item 14 and band assembly, item 12.
5: Filters manufactured before Oct. 1, 1992 utilize a different lower piping assembly P/N 195107 Lower piping P/N 195107 fits 6 in. adapters P/N 195219 and P/N 195225 only. Dimension E for P/N 195107 is 2 1/2 in.
6: Filters manufactured before Nov. 1, 1991 utilize a different 6 in. bottom adapter P/N 195219 This item has a different thread design and will not interchange with adapter P/N 195221 or P/N 195225 Adapter P/N 195219 fits lower piping P/N 195107 only.
7: Filters manufactured between Nov. 1, 1991 and Oct. 1, 1992 utilize a different 6 in. bottom adapter P/N 195225 Adapter P/N 195225 fits lower piping P/N 195107 only. Adapter P/N 195225 may be replaced with current design closure only if current low piping P/N 195308 is used.
8: Filters manufactured before Nov. 1, 1991 utilize a different tank bottom with “V in. thread bottom opening which is no longer available. These bottoms may be replaced with item 18 tank bottom with foot and lower piping.
9: Use RTV silicone on threads for item 27
10: Complete grid assembly consists of items 7, 8, 9, 16, 31, 32, 33 and 39 in correct quantities as shown.
11: Grid pack consists of items 8, 9, and 10 in correct quantities as shown.
12: For Filter built after 10/2004. Order # 11 for filters built before 10/2004.
