Merchandise Returns

If the wrong item is ordered, please obtain a Return Authorization Number from us and ship the incorrect  item back undamaged, unused in the original packaging in re-saleable condition to PoolPartsOnLine.com within 14 days from the date of your receipt of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted or credited without a PoolPartsOnLine.com Return Authorization Number.  Any item returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused, and you, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping, unless we have shipped a product other than that  which was expressly ordered by you. Once received, we will issue a credit to the credit card on file within 7 - 10 days.

Accidents do occasionally happen, so in the event that we ship you a part that you did not order, a packaging error, we will absolutely correct the issue and send you out the part via the same means of transportation.  If you would like to upgrade the shipping, that would usually be no problem, but the difference in shipping will be billed to your credit card.

Non-defective product returns are subject to the authorization of PoolPartsOnLine.com and/or the manufacturer of the product. Returned items must be in the original undamaged  packaging with all accompanying material, in saleable condition, freight paid, and accompanied by a PoolPartsOnLine.com Return Authorization Number. Your account will be credited the full amount of the returned item less any applicable charges.  We reserve the right to charge  a 20% processing/re-stocking fee ($5 minimum), and original shipping charges. These charges apply to refused items as well.  Cancelled orders are only allowed if order has not been processed.

The fact that items purchased through our website with a flat rate fee for shipping and handling does not mean that is the actual shipping charge incurred by us.

If a product is returned, the ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED from the credit!

If you feel the item purchased is defective, it may returned, at your expense, with a PoolPartsOnLine.com Return Authorization Number and is subject to manufacturer's approval for credit. If a replacement is wanted right away, please order the new one through our website.  Once the defect is approved by the manufacturer (could take up to 60 days), we will issue a credit to the credit card on file.

Returns on products that are not compatible with your pool equipment will be credited based upon the above criteria. PoolPartsOnLine.com is not responsible for items ordered which are not compatible with your system or for design changes on products by manufacturers.

Exceptions to the Merchandise Returns Policy Above

• Orders drop shipped direct from the manufacturer are NON-RETURNABLE.
• Electronic items, such as, but not limited to, light bulbs and heater components are NON-RETURNABLE.
• Pool Cleaners, light fixtures and light bulbs are NON-RETURNABLE.
• Heat Exchangers (Tube Bundles) and Pool Covers are NON-RETURNABLE. 
• Any item used or installed or damaged in the process are NON-RETURNABLE.
