We try our best to ship all orders within 24-72 hours of receipt (except for Saturday's, Sunday's, and Holidays), however this is not always possible. We ship from multiple locations throughout the United States, if the item is currently unavailable, it will automatically be backordered and shipped once it becomes available. 2 & 3 business day delivery is not a particular service. It is merely to guarantee that your order is delivered within the 2-3 business day time frame from shipping date. We are not responsible for delays in transit beyond out control, such as adverse weather conditions, acts of God, etc. For these situations, no refund on shipping fees will be obtainable. Although, all orders requesting an expedited shipping option are prioritized in our order processing queue, they still follow the above policy.

While we try to provide the most accurate information when requesting help with parts needed, it is virtually impossible for us to be familiar with every product currently on the market or even obsolete products. Therefore, we can not be held responsible for shipping items that we honestly believe to be the best part for your application. You can always contact the manufacturer prior to ordering to get technical help for your product or to ensure that the part you are ordering is correct for your application.

Shipping Charges

Shipping Charges are added automatically by our shopping cart. 2 & 3 Business Day Delivery options are available. These options are quoted upon checkout for orders up to 5 pounds. If chosen the appropriate charge will automatically be billed to your order to speed up the processing of your request. If you would like a shipping quote on orders weighing over 5 pounds, please e-mail us.

Items purchased through our new website with flat rate fees for shipping and handling,  does not mean that is the actual shipping charge incurred by us. If a product is returned, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the credit!

Sales Tax

Orders outside of the state of Florida are not subject to sales tax. Orders shipped and/or billed to a Florida address are subject to the following sales tax: 6½% Florida State Sales Tax .

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been processed. Many times, during business hours, orders are processed within minutes. If the order is no longer wanted, after it has been processed, please consult our return policy on this site to return the items once received.

All parts and/or products sold are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied. We cannot be held responsible for any damage arising from customer misuse or negligence.
