Shipping is more than just paying UPS, FedEx or USPS. Once the order is received and printed, labor is involved to physically go into one of our warehouses, pick the order, package the order and ship it. There is also the cost of the package and the packaging material.

We try our best to ship all orders within 24-72 hours of receipt (except for Saturday's, Sunday's, and Holidays) however this is not always possible. We ship from multiple locations throughout the United States.  If your part(s) are backordered, you will be notified and given the choice of waiting for the parts, or modifying and/or cancelling your order. 2 & 3 business day delivery is not a particular service. It is merely to guarantee that your order is delivered within the 2 - 3 business day time-frame from the date the package is picked up by carrier. We are not responsible for delays in transit beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, acts of God, etc. For these situations, no refund on shipping fees will be obtainable. Although, all orders requesting an expedited shipping option are prioritized in our order processing queue, they still follow the above policy.

*** ORDERS PLACED AT NIGHT or ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS: For orders placed at night, on weekends or on holidays, although you may be notified that your package has shipped, the package's actual initial ship date will be the next business day. Example: If an order is placed on Saturday, it was processed, picked and packaged and is awaiting pickup on Monday. For expedited packages such as 2 or 3 Business Day Delivery.. in this example, Monday does not count as the first business day. This order would be scheduled for delivery on Wednesday using 2 Business Day, or Thursday using 3 Business Day methods..

Technical Support

While we try to provide the most accurate information when requesting help with parts needed, it is virtually impossible for us to be familiar with every product currently on the market or even obsolete products. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for shipping items that we honestly believe to be the best part for your application. You can always contact the manufacturer prior to ordering to get technical help for your product or to ensure that the part you are ordering is correct for your application.

Shipping Charges

Items purchased through our new website with flat rate fees for shipping and handling does not mean that is the actual shipping charge incurred by us. If a product is returned, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the credit!

International Shipping

We are unable to ship chemicals, liquids and or over-sized products internationally due to rules and regulations. Any order received for these items will not be shipped and you will be notified to via email.

Sales Tax

Pool Parts, Inc. collects sales tax on orders that are shipped to Illinois or to a Florida address based on the Florida County Rate. We are also required by Florida Statute to collect sales tax on shipping, Florida Administrative Code Rule 12A-1.045 (3). Consumers may be responsible to submit their own "use tax" or "sales tax" to their respective states for any or all internet purchases. Please check with your state's revenue agency.

Order Cancellations

Orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED or changed once submitted! Our automated system processes orders immediately and sends them straight to one of our fulfillment centers.  If the order is no longer wanted, after it has been processed, please consult our return policy on this site to return the items once received.

All parts and/or products sold are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied. We cannot be held responsible for any damage arising from customer misuse or negligence.

The purchaser assumes all responsibilty for products purchased being compliant with any and all local codes and/or ordinances.
